QuickADR: Jerry CANNE is on the road.
On his way, he's going to take the Sainte- Marie-aux-Mines Tunnel, which is forbidden to the Transport of Dangerous Goods under orange signs. Jerry is well trained, and knows that thanks to the partial exemption from ADR 1.1.3.6. this signage does not need to be put in place.
He will be able to use this tunnel to save 12 km of detour and 20 minutes.
On leaving the tunnel, Jerry is stopped by the gendarmerie. Noting that there was dangerous goods on board, the gendarme asked for the goods declaration document.
Jerry explains that this is own-account transport and that this document is not compulsory. The gendarme is not convinced and prepares to issue a Procès Verbal. But what's going to happen?
