Terms and conditions of use

The purpose of these General Terms of Use is to define the terms and conditions for the provision and use of the quickadr.fr website. They are subject to French law. They are applicable to the user of the site as soon as he/she accesses the site.

The quickadr.fr website helps raise awareness of the QuickADR Application created by Alsace Conseils.

Users of the quickadr.fr website site are required to comply with the law. and in particular with the provisions of the loi Informatique et Libertés of January 6, 1978, the French Data Protection Act of June 20, 2018 law no. 2018-493, the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the Police-Justice Directive the violation of which is subject to criminal penalties. In particular, they must refrain, with regard to the information they access, from any collection, capture, distortion or use and in general from any act likely to infringe the privacy or reputation of individuals.

In general, the data, texts, information, logos, visual identities, animated or non-animated images and their formatting, videos, appearing on the Site are the property of their authors and are protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code.

Any user of the Site undertakes not to use them outside the strict framework offered by the Site without the authorization of the authors.

Any total or partial representation of the site or of one or more of its components, by any process whatsoever, without the express authorisation ofAlsace Conseils is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
